CA Gaurav Gupta has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since
2004 and brings over two decades of extensive professional experience in the fields of audit and
taxation. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) awarded by ICAI and has
successfully completed the ICAI-certified course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, further enhancing
his expertise in systems-driven and banking audits.
He has rich experience in statutory audits, concurrent audits, stock audits, and revenue audits
of banks, along with providing advisory and consultancy services in direct taxation. His
professional portfolio includes audits of corporates, educational institutions, hospitals,
trusts, NGOs, and various non-corporate entities. He also specializes in income tax compliance
and return filing for a diverse client base, with particular focus on Non-Resident Indians
(NRIs), offering comprehensive support in cross-border taxation, disclosures, and regulatory
compliance.
In addition, CA Gaurav Gupta heads the firm's outsourcing division and possesses strong working
knowledge of tax laws across multiple jurisdictions, enabling him to efficiently manage
international and outsourcing engagements. Known for his strong technical acumen, attention to
detail, and practical, solution-oriented approach, he plays a key role in delivering
high-quality, compliant, and value-driven professional services to clients.
CA Gurbir Singh Bakshi

CA Gurbir Singh Bakshi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Diploma in Information Systems
Audit (DISA) awarded by ICAI and has also completed the ICAI-certified course on Forensic Audit,
equipping him with strong capabilities in system-based and investigative audits.
He has vast experience in statutory audits, concurrent audits, stock audits, revenue audits, and
due diligence audits conducted for banks. An ex-banker by background, CA Gurbir Singh Bakshi
brings a distinct edge to the firm through his deep practical understanding of banking
operations, financial systems, and risk assessment, enabling him to analyze financial matters
with greater insight and precision. He currently heads the GST division of the firm, overseeing
GST compliance, advisory, and representation before authorities. In addition, he possesses
strong knowledge of state government incentive schemes, including Invest Punjab, and actively
assists clients in availing benefits under such schemes. His blend of audit expertise, banking
experience, and regulatory knowledge adds significant value to the firm's professional services.
